- Your author name as it should appear on the cover
- Your confirmed book title
- Your author bio and photo
- Dedication and acknowledgements, if applicable
- Any reference images or design direction for the cover
- For illustrated books: your illustration brief or character reference notes

When the clock starts
Our 45-day production timeline begins only once your edited manuscript and all of the items above have been received. It does not begin at contract signing or at initial payment. We have a 100% on-time delivery record, and any timeline change is communicated upfront — never as a surprise.
